  • Greeting others with smiles is common. When there is a Muslim person, it is customary to say, “assalamualaikum warahamatuallahi wabarakatuh.” This phrase translates to “May peace, mercy, and blessings of Allah be upon you.” It embodies a heartfelt wish for well-being and goodwill.
