I can enhance my community by teaching the elderly to practice Islam more exemplarily. I also focus on young children, ensuring they align with the Sunnah of the Prophet (SAW). I aim to achieve this by embodying the teachings through my actions while drawing upon the Hadiths of the Sahabah (RA). For instance, one of the first lessons is to greet others upon entering the mosque. We should also greet others when we meet during regular prayers. It is encouraged to exchange greetings and Salam among ourselves. This practice is supported by Hadith. It states that Muslims should express love for one another by greeting each other upon meeting. Muslims should also greet each other when parting ways. By modeling this behavior, I strive to contribute to the betterment and functionality of the community, ensuring we remain on the path of the Sunnah.

I can participate in activities that enhance attendance at the mosque. One way is by inviting speakers from outside the community. These speakers wish to engage with us and offer gifts as a token of appreciation. Increasing attendance not only boosts numbers. It also demonstrates my support for these efforts. This helps to further progress in acquiring knowledge through the speeches. Additionally, it allows meeting familiar faces who share the same commitment to attending these events. This initiative greatly benefits my father, who has encouraged me to get involved to invigorate the community, especially given the shortage of young people willing to contribute. Individuals who are often preoccupied with studying or working tend to overlook mosque attendance, which typically only happens during holidays when they are off work.

Not only that, by attending those events, I can further support the community by participating in activities such as enjoying the food that has been prepared and served to attendees. When individuals are unable to join, they can take food from the pre-packaged plastic containers. This practice helps reduce food waste that typically occurs when no one wants the leftover servings. I also assist with collecting fruit from the garden by helping my parents harvest fruits like rambutan, an activity we do together before sharing them with the community. The delicious and sweet fruits are shared for everyone to enjoy, especially on Fridays when there is a large congregation, allowing us to serve the fruit fresh from our garden.

Not only that, I can also take action by wearing a helmet, especially when going to the mosque, where attendees usually do not wear one while riding motorcycles. Wearing a helmet is known to offer significant protection and reduce the risk of injury in the event of an accident. It also helps prevent harm that could potentially lead to death from accident-related injuries. By taking this proactive step, I consistently remind my community about the importance of wearing a helmet, particularly when attending the mosque on a motorcycle. I understand the risks and regulations that are often overlooked by people, even though such negligence can jeopardize their lives.
