The animals that make the best pets include cats, dogs, and monkeys. These types of animals still exist in today’s society. Some live closely alongside humans. Others have adapted to human habitats after losing their own. Cats are among the best pets. They tend to make humans feel loved. They generally have a positive attitude toward humans. Cats are also known for catching certain pests, like mice, that may roam around human homes, especially where food is carelessly left scattered in the kitchen. Additionally, having a cat can serve as a deterrent to unwanted intruders seeking to enter their owner’s house or steal and damage food. The presence of a cat can greatly enhance the owner’s well-being, as these animals are known for bringing happiness, and humans often understand their behaviors well.

In Islam, dogs are often regarded as unclean animals, with some beliefs stating they may even consume their own feces. Despite this perception, dogs can make excellent pets, as they are known for guarding specific areas and alerting their owners with barking when intruders or other animals approach. Additionally, dogs can chase smaller animals, such as rats, for food. Their presence can deter snakes and other creatures from entering their territory when tasked with guarding a location. It is typically recommended that dogs be kept outdoors, as they are considered impure in Islam and their saliva can contaminate surfaces. Furthermore, dogs have the ability to detect various objects by sniffing around the ground to locate what is needed.

The final animal that could make an excellent pet is the monkey. Monkeys are capable of navigating high places. They can jump from one elevated spot to another. One of the greatest advantages of having a monkey is their ability to assist with tasks, particularly in gardens with coconut trees and their fruits. These trees can be utilized for monkey-assisted fruit picking, eliminating the need for humans to use poles. Although results may vary depending on the location and individual skills, trained monkeys can exhibit this behavior after they understand and frequently interact with humans. Generally, when humans are nearby, wild monkeys tend to retreat to avoid contact and often come down for food that is accessible. Keeping this type of pet can also provide protection from other predatory animals and humans that may be wandering in the owner’s vicinity.

In conclusion, the animals I mentioned represent various species typically found in tropical regions, where they often come into contact with humans in villages. Some of these animals, particularly monkeys, can make challenging pets due to their high intelligence, especially when it comes to food. This intelligence enables them to devise innovative ways to access food instantly. While these traits may cause some to view monkeys negatively, their skills and mental capabilities can sometimes exceed those of humans when humans lack the same abilities. As I’ve noted, monkeys tend to excel at finding food independently, especially in jungles, which are their natural habitats, in contrast to cities where humans rely on trade for sustenance. Additionally, I believe that other animals, like cats and dogs, also exhibit problematic behaviors when not properly trained. These two creatures are known to relieve themselves indiscriminately when they haven’t learned where to go. I think they might not match the intelligence of monkeys, but each animal possesses unique skills and traits that I may not fully understand.
