  • What is the type of questions regarding the topic or subject of an object. They serve as a basis for finding specific answers to problems one encounters. This is often evident in standard research and methodology, where one must present both the questions and the answers effectively.
  • Strategies are tactics that provide powerful explanations and certain formulas to help individuals overcome difficulties. They are a combination of various factors influenced by the context of the situation, assisting a person in tackling challenges through specialized configurations and techniques.
  • Actions, or deeds, reflect the choices of individuals, impacting their lives positively or negatively. These actions can benefit the individual or the community, depending on their efforts to foster a good environment within a group. Positive actions contribute to an individual’s goodness.
  • The writer is the person who composes the content of a post, including the author’s name, personal information, and opinions. The use of “I” and “me” helps reference the writer who contributes to the text and provides insights to readers seeking valuable and unbiased information.
  • Use refers to the action through which an existing product undergoes changes in quality, where the previous version becomes obsolete, giving way to the new. It alters the product’s outcome, allowing it to be utilized instead of a new item. Additionally, the relationship between products can influence their functionality after years of use.
  • The word “to” emphasizes the destination of an object or indicates the movement of an object changing its original position. It can also refer to a location or a city name representing where the object is headed.
  • Coping involves dealing effectively with challenging situations. The ability to cope can prevent individuals from being overwhelmed by external pressures and helps them navigate difficulties that could lead to setbacks. Coping serves as a means of managing the factors that hold back an individual or a situation.
  • The term “with” indicates support for certain objects or actions, aiding in achieving either success or failure. Using “with” simplifies processes and makes them easier by involving other elements during the course of work.
  • Negativity indicates a contradiction to positivity, where negative values are seen as the opposite of positive ones in numerical terms. Negative experiences in life are often associated with failures or adverse actions that lead to unfavorable outcomes.
  • Feelings are individual sensations that can influence one’s life based on emotional responses. These feelings encompass a range of emotions, including happiness, sadness, and various other states. Emotions play a crucial role in reflecting daily experiences and help others recognize and understand one’s feelings.

The strategies I employ to manage negative emotions include dhikr and remembrance of Allah. Dhikr involves reciting phrases such as Subhanallah, Alhamdulillah, Allahu Akbar, Astagfirullah, and La ilaha illallah. These phrases reflect the teachings of Islam, demonstrating an individual’s need for God’s help when encountering life’s challenges, whether related to others or within oneself. It is understood that this type of word works effectively when repeated in times of difficulty, seeking divine support. By practicing these phrases, one learns to ask for assistance solely from Allah and also from others who provide help. This practice aligns with the principles of Islam and the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW).

To cope with negative feelings, I try not to dwell on them by engaging in different activities that help me manage these emotions. This approach allows me to forget the bad feelings that linger, even though I struggle to move past them. The actions I take usually help me concentrate on what I’m doing without letting the old negative feelings tie me down and lead to failure. This strategy prevents those emotions from becoming overwhelming whenever they resurface.

The final way I cope is by sleeping for a while, whether during the day or at night. This action provides a reset for my mind and emotions when I feel overwhelmed by life’s circumstances. By allowing myself to sleep, I can close off my thoughts and avoid dwelling on anything related to my worries. This method gives my mind a much-needed break and helps me regain energy after a long day. For me, it is the most effective strategy when I feel lost and unsure of what to do after experiencing setbacks. This unique approach offers a refreshing boost when I wake up, leaving behind any negative feelings.

In conclusion, these are the various methods I use to manage the negative feelings that tend to haunt me whenever I feel weak, fatigued, or face performance issues or conflicts with others. I support myself whenever I can and seek advice from others who can provide guidance on coping with these emotions. This process does not hinder my progress but instead helps me elevate myself to the highest standards of living, emerging stronger after several life challenges.
