One of life’s simple pleasures that brings me joy is indulging in good, healthy food, which satisfies my hunger and thirst in a straightforward manner. During my cycling sessions or in my daily routine, I often find myself needing sustenance, especially when I’m not fasting. This prompts me to explore ways to incorporate nourishing options into my everyday life. I frequently take on jobs to help my parents earn money, and I intend to use my earnings for worthwhile purposes—like buying fresh fruits and vegetables for them. In my view, this not only benefits me but also allows others to enjoy a relaxing experience that supports their well-being. When people partake in enjoyable activities, it signals to the brain to crave more, especially when the food is delicious. While cooking isn’t my strong suit, I do understand the importance of seasonings that enhance the flavors for those who eat them.

Things can start at any time, but I usually begin in the morning, what some refer to as breakfast. My mother typically prepares simple and quick meals during this time. I always have hot water on hand, which is easy to mix with instant coffee or tea. I prefer to add a small amount of honey to my water for a touch of sweetness in my drinks. I learned this from the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), who used to drink similar beverages. I believe that honey contains healing properties that can provide benefits to the body when needed. During lunchtime, I take a break to enjoy a simple meal, often consisting of a bowl of rice served with a large spoon to satisfy my hunger. This helps my stomach process a little food before moving on to dinner. At dinner, I like to see what food is available for me and others so that everyone can enjoy the little things we have.

In conclusion, at nighttime, I find a small sense of happiness before sleep as I sometimes indulge in a spoonful of olive oil, which leaves a rather bitter taste on my tongue. Once that’s done, I sip a little water to provide some minerals and stave off thirst during the night, although consuming a large amount can lead to a strong urge to use the bathroom. Engaging in this routine has introduced a new perspective on life, as this activity truly helps me feel happiness and joy. I believe this method supports my wellbeing and is also enjoyed by others. I often eat alone, possibly due to my own ignorance or because of my attitude.
