Refund Policy Related Product
This refund policy applies to the products in Duround Sanctum Studio, which include a paid newsletter and game development services. If a customer makes a purchase and then changes their mind. Or wants to cancel the purchase, they must follow the guidelines below.
Refund Policy: Paid Newsletter
- No refund will be available for content that has been accessed or viewed in the related paid articles.
- That content will eventually be unlocked and available for the user who has made payment.
- Usually will have access to most related content articles for 30 days or a month.
- After the end period, the usual content will not be accessible unless the user subscribes again for more months or years.
- Subscribing for a year will reduce payment for the usual months.
- New content will be available every week.
Refund Policy: Game Development Services
Every kind of purchased product, especially services. It may qualify for a refund depending on how much work the studio has already completed. For instance, the studio bases refunds on the stage of the work—upfront cost, middle cost, and final cost. When the work has just started, such as laying out the tasks, the studio will already have incurred some charges. So if the client changes their mind, the studio will calculate the costs and provide a refund accordingly.
Charge Refund Back
For that, I usually charge a 5% fee and refund 95%, depending on the amount of work already done. Also, once I deliver the work, I do not offer any refund regardless of the amount, since I have already completed most of the work. You need to discuss additional tasks or modifications with me earlier and during the process so that the amount does not contradict the earlier prices. This way, the work stays within the agreed scope and price for the specific products.
