  • Self doubt define having a feeling of cannot do a certain action further and becomes an obstacle to that.

One way I manage fear and self-doubt is by frequently remembering Allah through dhikr and performing voluntary prayers (nawafil). I strive to maintain control over my mind to avoid distractions from the actions of others that could lead to harm or negative consequences. Maintaining this mental discipline also involves remembering Allah by engaging in activities that are pleasing and free from harm to myself and others. Fear is a natural emotion instilled in humans to alert them of potential dangers and prevent harm. These feelings are part of our body’s design to shield us from threats. By channeling fear into positive actions, such as reverence for the Creator or Allah, we can achieve forgiveness and a sense of well-being, insha’Allah.

The fear experienced by every creature on Earth, especially animals, often arises from threats that could cause them harm. Many of these creatures react in specific ways to avoid injury and protect themselves from danger. This behavior is a natural instinct that helps them survive in the wild, where survival is paramount. Humans, in contrast, have methods to maintain calm, such as seeking help from others in dangerous situations, which often involves relying on external support. Engaging in certain actions, like visiting a hospital for treatment, can be essential for survival and mitigating fear, whether from external sources or self-imposed. It’s common for individuals to experience self-doubt when facing situations that are unfavorable, leading to uncertainty in those critical moments.

However, such issues can be mitigated by conducting practical tests that help alleviate self-doubt. For instance, taking the initial steps to address this doubt is particularly beneficial when interacting with others; practicing at home on specific scenarios can help one behave more normally and build confidence. Additionally, seeking assistance from shops or services that offer items designed to boost confidence, along with the advice provided, can be helpful. Addressing self-doubt early can empower individuals to persevere without succumbing to the debilitating effects that such feelings can cause.

It is essential to understand that one should not solely depend on others; taking proactive steps based on advice can lead to a more practical approach and help develop the ability to act on those recommendations. Additionally, praying and making dua in specific situations can enhance one’s spiritual well-being, ultimately benefiting oneself. I believe that everything arrives in one’s life as destined, and it is crucial to respond in a way that ensures personal satisfaction and protection regarding such matters. Despite the passing of recent years, I continue to experience fear—avoiding discussions about it, refraining from thinking about it, and taking practical measures to prevent myself from finding myself in such situations again. In the end, I trust that everything rests in Allah’s hands, whether it leads me to overcome my fears or not.

In conclusion, when fear and self-doubt overwhelm me, I simply go to sleep or take a break for about an hour; if it’s really bad, I might even turn in for the night and take a full break from work the next day. This approach helps prevent me from falling into deeper patterns that could jeopardize my health and create further imbalance in my life. Shutting down our bodies and minds for a while can help us avoid escalating the situation. I’d love to hear your thoughts in the comments.
